North Palm Beach – the development of this area started in 1957 and was designed to offer something for everyone. The club was recently re-built with a new 37,000-square-foot clubhouse, offering panoramic views of the newly redesigned, Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The unique par 71-course design features elevation changes, rarely found in South Florida, along with rolling fairways and undulated well-bunkered greens. Nicklaus purposefully designed this “thinkers” course to be challenging, yet enjoyable to play. The 50-meter pool offers a spacious pool deck, chaise lounges, and an interactive, colorful splash pad. Ten lighted Har-Tru tennis courts await you day or dusk and tennis instruction is available. Farmer’s Table is the community restaurant, with food that has been sourced cleanly and responsibly, so you know you are eating the best our planet has to offer. While membership is not required to enjoy any of the clubhouse amenities, they are available with special rates and privileges for those who prefer them. There is a marina, boat slips, boat ramp and boat storage available to residents. Two parks feature playgrounds, volleyball courts, walking trails, tennis and pickleball, and dog runs. The local public school is the Conservatory School which runs from Elementary school through Middle School and offers a well known music program.
