Seawalls Point is a peninsula in Martin County. Each side has amazing views of a wide river basin; the St Lucie River on the SW side and the Indian River on the NE side. Most estates located on the St Lucie Riverside have an elevated location, some up to 16 ft, which allows for spectacular views. This is a fabulous spot for boaters; the water is deep, fairly protected from strong winds, and since the river is so wide you generally do not have to worry about the wake from a passing vessel. The waterfront estates sit on large lots. This is definitely the preferred location for family compounds. Martin County Municipal Airport is just minutes away and also features an international customs area.
